Receive a claimable quote
You get a fixed per-group quote plus the course code and documentation you need for your eTRiS grant application.
Apply for your grant
Submit the HRD Corp grant application on eTRiS at least one day before the training starts. We supply the trainer profile and course outline.
We deliver at your site
Our TTT-certified trainer runs the session at your premises, using your data and your equipment.
Collect the evidence
Attendance records, materials and certificates are packaged for your claim submission.
Submit your claim
File the claim with HRD Corp and recover the cost from your levy. We stay available for any auditor queries.
In-house training is claimable under your HRD Corp levy
Registered employers contribute a levy each month whether or not they use it. In-house training is one of the most efficient ways to spend it: HRD Corp's Training Providers Circular sets allowable-cost caps on a per-group, per-day basis for in-house programs, so a single session can train an entire department against one claim.

What is in-house training?+
In-house training is a private session delivered by our trainer at your own premises for your staff only. It is priced per group rather than per participant, and the content is built around your organisation's own data, products and processes.
Is in-house training HRD Corp claimable?+
Yes. All five of our in-house programs are HRD Corp claimable for eligible employers. Each has a registered course code ending in M100 for the onsite variant. Submit your grant application on eTRiS at least one day before the training starts.
How many participants are included?+
Up to 25 participants are included in the standard per-group fee. Larger cohorts can be split across sessions — tell us your headcount and we will quote accordingly.
Where in Malaysia do you deliver?+
Nationwide. We are based in Nusajaya, Johor and travel to client sites across Malaysia. Travel and accommodation outside Johor may be quoted separately depending on location and duration.
Can the content be customised?+
Yes, and it usually is. Exercises are rebuilt around your real data — your defect logs, campaigns or field conditions — so participants leave having started work on a live problem rather than a generic case study.
How is in-house different from public training?+
Public courses are per participant and mix delegates from different companies. In-house is a single per-group fee, is confidential, and can use sensitive internal data. For teams, in-house is almost always cheaper per head.
What do you need from us on the day?+
A meeting room or training space, a projector or large screen, and power. For hands-on programs we will confirm any equipment or data you should prepare in advance.
